Welcome to Candeo Schools!
Candeo Peoria a non-profit, Arizona state-approved public charter school serving children in grades Kindergarten through Sixth. We utilize the nationally-recognized Core Knowledge sequence for content and provide evidence-based methods and programs for your child's success. With our class sizes currently averaging a pure teacher-to-student ratio of 1:17 (not including instructional aides, instructional specialists, and specialty teachers), we offer something that TRULY no one else can.

We are in the process of constructing a brand new 31,000 SF facility on the corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Calle Lejos Road (south of Happy Valley) and are set to relocate in January, 2009.  We are currently located at Cathedral Christian Center in Glendale (51st Avenue and Bell Road.) Candeo (can-DAY-o) is a Latin term meaning "to grow brilliant," and that is exactly what we intend to do!  In fact, it is our mission -- to grow brilliance among students and staff.
