Effective July 29, 2010, Arizona's Open Meeting law-HB 2209, will take effect which states that charter schools are required to: 

• post on school website the physical/electronic location where meeting notices will be posted;
• post public meeting notices on website;
• provide additional notice of meetings that is reasonable and practicable;
