Candeo Peoria will be offering an early open enrollment period for the 2009-2010 school year from November 1, 2008 until December 19, 2008. All applications received during this period will be considered equally. An application packet is available here. Completed packets must be submitted in person during the open enrollment window. Only complete packets will be accepted. Charter regulations prohibit acceptance of applications on a first come, first served basis. If there are more applicants than spaces available, placement will be determined by lottery. Priority enrollment will be offered to current students and their siblings this spring. Open enrollment applicants will not be notified of placement until late spring.
Open enrollment is for all grade levels, although availability at any grade level cannot be determined until spring. Beginning fall of 2009, Candeo will be offering morning (8:00-11:45), afternoon (11:15-3:00), or all day kindergarten. Kindergarten applicants should indicate preference on the registration form. Please note that kindergarten applicants must turn 5 before September 1.
