Stephanie Musser is an accomplished teacher, grant writer, and administrator with over 11 years of experience in charter schools. Stephanie holds a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Training and Development from Brigham Young University.  She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Innovation with an emphasis in Policy and Administration from Arizona State University.  Stephanie is a certified K-8 teacher in the state of Arizona with endorsements in Early Childhood Education, Gifted Education (K-12), and Structured English Immersion.  She also holds the designation of Highly Qualified by the Arizona Department of Education. 

Prior to founding Candeo Schools, Stephanie successfully developed and implemented achievement plans for schools across the valley. She secured over a million dollars in competitive grant funding for schools and has served as Project Director for several state and federal grant programs.  In this capacity, she handled all aspects of program development, implementation, and compliance.  As a Maricopa County trainer for the Consortium of Gifted Education, Stephanie provides professional development to teachers and administrators across the state. In addition, she has written and amended charters for valley schools seeking State Board approval.

Stephanie is a member of the AZ Charter Schools Association, the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and the AZ Management Society.  Her passion in education lies in creating educational programs and environments that increase academic achievement for all students, promote the well-being of teachers, and strengthen parent partnerships.
